When attached to a grinder motor, the step-gear allows the grinder to run at its normal speed or slow down, ensuring a thorough mix. Please note that the grinder/motor is sold separately. This 25 lb. mixer works with our #8 BigBite Meat Grinder or larger, manufactured after 2009, or can be operated manually. The adjustable skid-resistant feet provide stability on any surface, and the fully removable meat tub is seamless stainless steel for better mixing and makes cleaning up after your food prep easier.LEM Plastic Meat Lug Liners | 25-CountTransform your meat processing cleanup with our Plastic Meat Lug Liners. After a long day of grinding and cutting up meat, cleaning out residue from a meat lug can be tiring. Our liners were created to help ease your burden. Setting up these liner bags is easy. Simply unfold one of our pre-sized plastic bags into the base of your meat lug (sold separately) before you start processing your meat. You can grind, mix, or trim your meat as you normally would without a liner. When you’re finished, you can take out the entire bag and discard. These liner bags are made out of low-density polyethylene (LDPE). Each liner is 1.5 mil thick and measures 22-3/4" x 20". Designed to work with all LEM Meat Lugs (except for the Mini Meat Lug); these liners may not properly fit in other meat lugs.

• Product 2: Easy Cleanup: Cleaning up your meat lugs after a full day of meat processing and grinding can add extra labor to an already tiring job. Meat lug liners can make cleanup easier and more efficient.
• Product 2: How to Use: Unfold one of the clear bags into the base of a compatible meat lug before you start processing meat, and then grind and mix as you normally would. Once you're done, just lift the entire bag out of the lug and discard.
