Save time sanding down profiles to size by using a router to cleanly and accurately round off corners. The CornerCut™ includes 5 radius templates measuring 1/4", 1/2", 1”, 1-1/2”, and 2” (6mm, 13mm, 25mm, 38mm, & 50mm), as well as 3 corner chamfer templates for 1/2”, 1”, and 2” (13mm, 25mm, 50mm) distances. Each template has on board storage on the jig so they are never lost or misplaced. The space saving flip design allows for quick rotation of the templates to change the profile. The CornerCut™ is perfect for use with any router setup. By removing the handle and clamping to work piece, Trim, Compact, and Full-size routers can be used on the flat top surface utilizing the top bearing on a router bit. For use on a router table, reconnect the handle and follow the bottom bearing as you move the piece from right to left. The CornerCut™ includes a ½” x 1-1/4” Dual Bearing Flush Trim Router bit so it is ready for any situation right out of the box. If your workpiece is a little narrower, the CornerCut™ can be adjusted for the smaller width. By moving the edge guide references closer for smaller boards, or further apart for larger boards, maximum contact and control can be maintained.
